Stanley So is a -speaking television journalist in Canada. He currently is the sole anchor of OMNI News: Cantonese Edition on Toronto, Ontario's .
Graduating from the , Stanley So worked as a news reporter and for TVB News in Hong Kong starting in 1975 and throughout the 1980s. He moved to Toronto in the early 1990s and became a news anchor at Fairchild TV's Toronto division. He joined several years later, where he currently also serves as senior editor and public affairs officer, alongside his anchoring duties. In addition, he has also presented a number of documentary segments at OMNI.2, and is the host of the Cantonese version of 's ''''.
Stanley So's wife is Helen Liu So. They have two daughters.
